We ensure our samples arrive to the lab within 24 hours of collection for optimal quality control. Our lab processes them giving us results in another 24 hours keeping you ahead of your inspection exception deadlines!
What is included in lab testing?
Yes, we take samples and send them off to BREEZE's lab to test for over 150 types of dangerous molds. We can also test further into your indoor air quality by testing for additional particulates that may be present.
Can you guarantee there’s no mold?
Unfortunately no inspection can guarantee that, in fact EVERY home has some level of organic growth. But we can identify red flags and the presence of moisture conditions that often lead to dangerous organic growth.
